the main station of police in barcelona is located downtown. this is where most of the crime and public disturbance takes place, therefore this is where the majority of the police force is to be found. the building is as antique as its surroundings, though the inside is renovated and quite modern. the place is usually littered with full or empty coffee cans and paperwork.

at Sant Felip Neri’s Square you will find a small terrace (that belongs to the Neri’s Hotel) a huge tree and a fountain in the middle of it. the whole place is built over a medieval cemetery and you will find the Footwear Museum and a big door that invites you to know the Sant Felip Neri’s baroque’s church.

the ambar café is a coffee bar and a restaurant, in the Raval area. they serve breakfast, lunch, snacks dialy and, from thursday to saturday, dinners "à la carte" as well. we suggest: the tepid goat cheese salade, the vegetable wok with chicken curry or the brothy rice with mushrooms and prawns. they also have good cocktails, and a catering service.

situated on the busy crossroads of Traveserrra de Gràcia and Torrent de l’Olla it houses an excellent collection of books, magazines, CDs and DVDs to lend. it’s always worth visiting to find out what’s going on in the barrio and across the city – with leaflets, free community newspapers and what’s-on guides, with some in English, French, German and Italian.

thanks to globalization you don’t have to travel to Marrakesh or Dubai anymore to experience an arabic bath. have an Arabic mint tea on the warm luxury benches after enjoying aromatherapy, bubbles, candles, massages on hot stones etc. in the ambience of a beautiful ancient remodeled Spanish wine-cellar.

this club is located in a sketchy part of town, so watch your valuables. it is a combination of two buildings, one being the strip club and the other being a dance club/bar. the age requirement is eighteen, and those with fake ID's are rarely caught. the strippers are of both genders, and varying ethnicities. drop in for a naughty time.

situated uptown between the Vall d’hebron and Horta, you will find this small neighbourhood, very different from the rest of Barcelona. as a matter of fact, you don’t feel you are in a big city but more probably in a small village somewhere in the Catalan countryside. no big buildings, not even a store, just a small bar hidden between two trees. All is about stone-houses with their gardens, orange and lemon-trees and vegetable-gardens.

Valencia is located in eastern Spain, on the shores of the Mediterranean. it’s close to the mouth of the Turia River. not only is it one of the most dynamic and liveliest cities in Spain, it’s also a first class tourist destination.
Valencia has some amazing beaches, beside the city itself and stretching north and south of the capital.

Seville is the capital of Andalucía. it's also the fourth largest city in Spain. it has over 3,000 years of history and is one of the most visited cities by foreign tourists. the city itself is truly beautiful; it's packed with fantastic churches, convents, monuments and all kinds of Moorish buildings.
